The instructor Günter Wortmann stressed in his speech Michael Streicher's independance and readiness for performance he has shown during the time of his apprenticeship. On the ground of his performance and his good human integration within the team, Mr. Streicher has now been employed by Schoelly subsequently to his apprenticeship.

In her greeting speech, Ms Schoelly thanked Mr. Streicher in the name of the Management for his commitment. In the other apprentices' presence, she pointed out that only the best ones would stand a chance to get employed, particularly since all apprentices would be released into a difficult economic situation. It now would depend on the achievement motivation of each of them to find their orientation in professional life. Performance is what is asked for, she stressed.
She expressed her best wishes for Mr. Streicher's further future in professional and personal life.
Finally, Regula Schoelly handed over a gift to him on behalf of the company in memory of the apprenticeship.
