Wait until the image fully downloads to your browser, then right-click anywhere on the image and click on "Set as wallpaper" (in Netscape or Internet Explorer) or select "Use image as... -> Desktop Background" (in Opera). You may have to right-click on your desktop and select "Refresh" if you use Netscape.
