In the framework of a little celebration, the Schoelly Management congratulated the trainees on their passed final exams, qualifying them as industrial managers: Melanie Disch,  Martin Schmidt and Marc Smolic. Mr. Schmidt has acquired the additional qualification "European Business Management". His training also included a stay of three months in England. All three of them have passed their final exam with good results after a training of three years.

Within a short greeting speech, Ms Schoelly was thanking them on behalf of the Management and the instructors for their commitment they have shown during all the time of their training. She pointed out that now they were well educated actually, but left out into a difficult economic situation. Now it would depend on the motivation for achievement of each of them in order to orientate themselves in professional life. Performance is what is asked for nowadays.For their further way in private and professional life, she wished them all good luck and success. One of the trainees could be employed by Schoelly. Another of them will attend a further educating school for lack of an appropriate job. Temporarily, all trainees could have been employed till 30 September 2004.

At the close of the celebration, Regula Schoelly handed over on behalf of the company a present as a memory ofthe training time.
