In September this year, 3 young people will start their training at Schoelly Fiberoptic GmbH. In the course of the coming years, they will be educated as industrial managers and industrial mechanics. The young trainees, aged between 16 and 19 years, were officially welcomed on Thursfay, 01 September '05. Our instructors and "godparents" have taken them under their wings and introduced them into professional life. Since 01 September 1984, Schoelly has been educating industrial mechanics; since 01 September 1995 also industrial managers with and without the additional qualification "European Business Management". Within the time of their training, the trainees with this additional qualification have the opportunity of completing a practical training of 3 months abroad with a Schoelly partner company. 

During the last 22 years, 39 young women and men have had their training place at Schoelly. Of the 26 having completed their training, 15 have been employed by Schoelly.
