Since September 1984 Schölly educates industrial mechanics and since September 1995 industrial sales representatives with and without additional qualification. The trainees with the additional qualification “European economy management with foreign languages” have the possibility to collect more experience during the 3 months practical training at a Schölly partner abroad.
New at Schölly is the apprenticeship as a technical drawer. Additionally a student of the university of cooperative education with main subject E-Business is studying at Schölly.
Within the last 21 years, 32 young men and women could start their apprenticeship at Schölly. 21 trainees completed their education already and 13 of them could get a job at Schölly Fiberoptic GmbH.
