In September this year, 4 young people will start their training at Schoelly Fiberoptic GmbH. In the course of the coming years, they will be educated as industrial managers, industrial mechanics as well as media designers. The young trainees, aged between 18 and 20 years, were officially welcomed on Wednesday, 01 September '04. Our instructors and "godparents" have taken them under their wings and introduced them into professional life. Since 01 September 1984, Schoelly has been educating industrial mechanics; since 01 September 1995 also industrial managers with and without the additional qualification "European Business Management". Within the time of their training, the trainees with this additional qualification have the opportunity of completing a practical training of 3 months abroad with a Schoelly partner company.

 A novelty at Schoelly is the possibility of getting trained to become a media designer. In the Marketing Department, the major part of communication and publicity presentation is designed and implemented. Within this framework, the trainee will pass the education for the subject area "media design /digital".

During the last 22 years, 36 young women and men have had their training place at Schoelly. Of the 24 having completed their training, 14 have been employed by Schoelly.
